Please note that all sales of upcycled pieces are final. Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:
If your upcycled piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us proof photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.

  • Avoid hanging heavy items on thin hangers that could stretch the fabric.
